§ 1 General provisions

  1. The data controller is Ułańska Zagroda Jacek Bródka, based in Poznań, ul. Urbanowska 28/13, NIP: 7810007196, REGON: 632092599. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You,” “Administrator” with “We.” The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  3. We respect the right to privacy and take care of data security. For this purpose, we use, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
  4. Personal data provided in the forms on the website www.ulanska.pl are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§ 2 Data Controller

  1. The service provider is the administrator of its customers’ data. This means that if you fill out a form on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, email address, phone number, IP address.
  2. The service provider is also the administrator of persons subscribed to the newsletter.
  3. Personal data are processed:
    1. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
    2. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    3. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it, and properly perform Services provided electronically.
    4. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
    5. to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent given by you if you have subscribed to the newsletter.
  4. Each person whose data is processed has the right to access the data, rectify, delete, or limit processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  5. Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the service provider’s organization is possible electronically at the email address: biuro@ulanska.pl.
  6. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue potential claims in court or if national or EU or international law obliges us to retain data.
  7. The service provider has the right to share the user’s personal data and other data with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g., law enforcement authorities).
  8. The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  9. The service provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under applicable law, entities supporting the implementation of ordered services, and entities authorized under applicable law.
  10. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption, and access control to minimize the effects of potential data security breaches.
  11. Personal data is processed by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.

§ 3 Cookies

  1. The website www.ulanska.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser software on the computer. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. The parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies make it easier to use previously visited sites. The information collected includes IP address, browser type, language, operating system type, Internet service provider, time and date information, location, and information sent to the site via the contact form.
  2. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our websites to improve the functioning of the service, ensuring more efficient and problem-free navigation. § 4 Server logs

  1. Information about some user behaviors is subject to logging at the server level. These data are used only to administer the site and ensure the most efficient handling of the hosting services provided, i.e., the services of the entity operating the server.
  2. The browsed resources are identified by URLs, i.e., the address of the page displayed in the web browser. In addition, the following may be recorded:
    1. the time of the request.
    2. the time of sending the response.
    3. the name of the client station – identification performed by the HTTPS protocol
    4. information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTPS transaction.
    5. the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the site was accessed via a link.
    6. information about the user’s browser.
    7. information about the IP address.
  3. The above data is not associated with specific persons browsing the pages.
  4. The above data is used only for server administration purposes.
