Online booking regulations
§ 1 General provisions
- These Terms and Conditions regulate the principles of making reservations, cancellations, methods and deadlines of payment for reservations, confirmation of making reservations and complaints at the Ulańska Zagroda facility.
§ 2 DEFINITIONS
- Terms used in these booking rules shall be understood as follows:
- Service Provider – Ułańska Zagroda JACEK BRÓDKA with registered office in Poznań, address: Urbanowska 28/13, 10-160 Poznań, VAT Number: 7810007196, REGON: 632092599.
- Customer – a natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality, using the services of the Service Provider. The Customer may be a Visitor at the same time.
- Guest – a person using hotel services or ancillary services. This person may also be the Customer.
- Object – Ułańska Zagroda, address: Załom 15, 78-630 Człopa, telephone 663 518 625, e-mail: biuro@ulanska.pl. The facility is managed by the Service Provider.
- Online Reservation System Operator – LEMONPIXEL.pl Roman Korczyński with registered office in Jelenia Góra, ul. Młyńska 12A, 58-570 Jelenia Góra, VAT Number: 611-227-24-45.
- Online Booking Confirmation – an electronic document sent by the Service Provider to the Customer at the e-mail address provided by the Customer on the booking form. The document contains information on the details of the booking conditions, including: details of the length of stay, the amount payable for the booked stay and, if applicable, specifying the date of payment of the deposit.
- Online payment system – an IT and functional solution – Przelewy24 provided by PayPro SA (PayPro) – the entity providing the Service to Users, based in Poznań, at 15 Kanclerska Street (60-327), registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court of Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000347935, with the tax identification number NIP 7792369887, with a share capital of PLN 4,500,000.00, fully paid up, and registered in the register of national payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervision Authority under the number UKNF IP24/2014.
- Online Reservation System – Hotres owned by LEMONPIXEL.pl Roman Korczyński with registered office in Jelenia Góra, Młyńska 12A, 58-570 Jelenia Góra, VAT Number: 611-227-24-45.
- ICT system – a set of cooperating IT devices and software, ensuring the processing and storage, sending and receiving of data, via telecommunication networks, by means of an appropriate (for a given type of network) terminal device.
- Means of electronic communication – technical solutions, including data communication devices and cooperating software tools, enabling individual communication at a distance using data transmission between data communication systems, and in particular electronic mail.
§ 3 RESERVATIONS
- In order to make an online booking, via the ICT system available at www.ulanska.pl, a browser is required.
- Online booking is made by filling in the booking form available at www.ulanska.pl.
- A booking is deemed to have been made when the completed booking form is handed in to the facility.
- The Service Recipient has the option to pay a deposit amounting to 30% of the reservation value at the stage of making the reservation, through an online payment system.
- If the deposit payment is not made at the time of booking, the Customer is obliged to pay the deposit within 1 working day from the date of booking.
- Once a booking has been made, the Service Provider will send a Booking Confirmation to the email address indicated by the Customer:
- In the event of non-payment of the deposit through the online payment system:
- Date of stay.
- Number of visitors.
- Type of offer.
- Offer validity.
- Payment information including the amount of the required deposit and the account number and due date.
- A proposal for additional services.
- If payment of the deposit is made via the online payment system:
- Date of stay.
- Number of visitors.
- Type of offer.
- Confirmation of payment of the amount of the required deposit.
- A proposal for additional services.
- In the event of non-payment of the deposit through the online payment system:
- Failure by the Client to pay the Deposit by the date indicated in the Booking Confirmation shall be deemed to be a cancellation of the Booking and consequently that no conclusion has been reached between the Client and the Service Provider.
- The booking contract is concluded with the Booking System Operator acting for and on behalf of the Service Provider Ułańska Zagroda.
- The prices shown in the system include VAT. May also include other benefits as detailed in the offer description. If the offer includes breakfast or other additional services, this information is given in the price description displayed in the system during booking.
- Services not included in the offer must be paid for on site by the guest.
- The unit of payment is the Polish zloty (PLN).
- In the case of payment by bank transfer, all charges for this shall be borne by the Service Recipient.
- The service provider has the right to provide a service of a similar standard within the timeframe specified in the booking if it proves impossible to provide the booked service.
§ 4 Cancellation of reservations and changes to reservations

- Cancellation of Reservation
- If the Guest withdraws from the Agreement, the deposit will not be refunded. Exceptions are situations where the law requires the return of the deposit. For example, when fulfilling the agreement is impossible due to force majeure (e.g., the introduction of restrictions due to a pandemic).
- If the Guest does not show up on the scheduled arrival day, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Changing the Reservation Date
- The Guest has the option to reschedule their stay to another date, subject to room availability at the hotel. In such a case, the deposit will be retained and can be used within one year from the date of payment.
- Changing the reservation date requires prior contact with the Service Provider by phone or email.
- Forms of Withdrawal from the Agreement
- Withdrawal from the Agreement should be in writing (to the delivery address of the Property indicated in § 2 point 1 sub-point 1.4 of the Regulations) or in the form of an email to the address: recepcja@ulanska.pl
- Exceptions
- In accordance with Article 38 point 12 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, the Service Recipient is not entitled to withdraw from the Agreement concluded at a distance under this paragraph, except in the case mentioned in paragraph 2 above.
§ 5 Complaints
- Complaints about your stay at the Ułańska Zagroda should be addressed to: recepcja@ulanska.pl.
- A complaint can be lodged within 14 days from the date of completion of the service by the Service Provider.
§ 6 Terms and conditions of contract conclusion and termination
- All conditions for the conclusion and termination of the contract for the provision of hotel services by the Service Provider are set out exhaustively in these Terms and Conditions.
§ 7 Personal data
- By making a booking by the Customer, the Customer and/or Guest consent to the inclusion of their personal data in the database of the Reservation System Operator.
- The data in question will be processed solely for the purpose of fully processing the booking in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 10.05.2018 and other regulations relevant to the protection of personal data.
- In the cases and under the terms of the Personal Data Protection Act of 10.05.2018 (consolidated text of the Journal of Laws 2019, item 1781, as amended), the Customer and/or the Visitor have the right to request the completion, updating, rectification of personal data, the temporary or permanent suspension of its processing or its deletion if it is incomplete, outdated, untrue or has been collected in violation of the law or is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- The Service Provider entrusts the processing of personal data to the Reservation System Operator.
§ 8 Final provisions
- By ticking the box “I have read and accept: Ułańska Zagroda Booking Regulations” means that the Service Recipient has read the Booking Regulations, understands its provisions, agrees to the terms and conditions contained therein and accepts the terms and conditions of the selected offer. Failure to do so will result in the online booking not being possible.
