Information obligation under RODO

We hereby inform you that we process your personal data in accordance with Articles 13(1)-(2) and 14(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as RODO.

Objectives and legal basis for processing.
Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of:
a. contacting you by phone or email on the basis of your consent (basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO),
b. entering into a contract for the provision of our services on the basis of your interest in our offer (basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA);
c. performance on the basis of the contract you have concluded with us for the provision of our services (basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA);
d. analytical (e.g. optimisation of our products on the basis of your comments on them; optimisation of our service processes on the basis of our handling of sales and after-sales processes, including complaints), which is our legitimate interest (basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
e. archival (evidential) to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts, which is our legitimate interest (basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
f. possible establishment, investigation or defence of claims, which is our legitimate interest (basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
g. customer satisfaction surveys and determining the quality of our service, which is our legitimate interest (basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
Categories of personal data obtained.
We will process the following categories of your data:
a. Name and surname,
b. Address of residence,
c. Date of birth,
d. Series and number of identity card,
e. Email address,
f. Telephone number,
g. History of your stay at the Ułańska Zagroda (may be used as a preference, basis for a discount).
Information about recipients of personal data.
We may share your personal data with the following categories of entities:
a. entities or authorities authorised by law.
b. business partners in connection with activities commissioned by the Ułańska Zagroda and carried out on behalf of the Ułańska Zagroda.
c. business partners who are members of the loyalty programme, with your separate consent.
Transfer of data to third countries and international organisations.
Your data is not transferred outside the European Union unless you have given your consent to the newsletter. We send the newsletter via the email marketing platform Mailchimp. The recipient of your data is The Rocket Science Group LLC, based in Atlanta, USA. In connection with sending the newsletter via the MailChimp platform, your personal data is transferred to the United States of America. Your data is secure as it is protected by the EU-US Privacy Shield programme (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-US Privacy Shield).
Period for which personal data will be stored.
The period for which your personal data is processed depends on the purpose for which it is processed:
a. contract performance data – 6 years,
b. marketing activities – until you revoke your consent or raise an objection,
c. commercial activities – until revocation of consent or objection.
The period of processing is determined by legal provisions that oblige the Ułańska Zagroda to process data for a specific period of time.
Information about your right to request access to your personal data from the controller.
We inform you that you have the following rights to:
a. request access to personal data concerning you,
b. request the rectification of data,
c. request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement,
d. have your data erased or have the processing restricted,
e. to object to further processing of your personal data,
f. to have your personal data transferred,
g. not to be subject to a decision which is based on fully automated processing.
h. Information about the right to withdraw consent.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data.
Information on the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
If you have any doubts about the correctness of the processing of your personal data by the Ułańska Zagroda, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or any other competent supervisory authority.
Information about the voluntariness of providing personal data.
Your provision of data is a condition for entering into a contract for the provision of our services and for the performance of the contract and other activities related to the activities of Ułańska Zagroda (e.g. preparation of an offer).
If you do not provide your data we may refuse to enter into a contract.
Information about automated decision-making.
The Ułańska Zagroda uses systems for automated decision-making. The following decisions may be made by automated means:
a. profiling is carried out on the basis of data held, in particular data relating to services previously provided.
